At VIVID in 2021, my favourite project was this new commercial office space in Cape Town. The design included 5000 sq meters of office space spanning 6 floors, 124 sqm retail and 117 parking bays. I worked on spatial layout and worked out all the parking ramps. I especially enjoyed modelling the details of the beautiful screen façade surrounding the building.
